Customers Use Own Padlock – Access controlled and restricted by Customer. You lock it; you keep the key.

Raised Floors - 1.5" lip at doors, door overlaps on outside, away from snow and rain.

Insulated Ceiling – 1.5" thick. Slows temperature changes to avoid condensation.

Vented Units – Soffits are vented, units breathe also to avoid condensation.

Aged Concrete Floors – 10 yr. plus – Allows boxes on floor. No dampness from concrete.

Raised Units –Units built minimum 4-6" above grade.
